Octavio Larios, 42, must serve at least 25 years before coming up for parole, prosecutors said. In addition, he will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Larios pleaded no contest on Oct. 23 to one count of sexual intercourse with a child 10 years old or younger and one count of a forcible lewd act upon a child under the age of 14.

The crimes occurred between July 21, 2016, and July 20, 2020, in the city of Tulare, the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office said.
